Erwan Mare has extensive experience in change management and IT service delivery, currently serving as the Responsible of Change Management Team and Business Process Manager Change at ENGIE since April 2008. Responsibilities include deploying change management processes within ENGIE IT and managing change management contracts. Erwan also held the position of Deputy Head of Service Delivery Management, overseeing the exploitation of 280 applications and 5,000 servers, managing budgets, contractual activities, and implementing new organizational structures. Previous roles at ENGIE included leading a monitoring team and serving as an IT Consultant. Erwan's earlier experience includes a role as a SAP Consultant at Atos Origin and a Marketing Manager Assistant at SNCF. Erwan holds a Master's degree in Management of Energies from ESME, école d'ingénieurs généraliste.
