Evi Daems has extensive experience in quantitative analysis and leadership within the energy sector. Starting as a PhD student in pure mathematics at KULeuven, Evi transitioned to roles such as Quantitative Analyst at Electrabel and later at GDF Suez Trading from January 2011 to May 2020. Evi then advanced into leadership positions at ENGIE, serving as Head of the Pricing Team and leading the Quant Power & Emissions Team, managing teams of quantitative analysts focused on trading activities and power markets. Evi holds a degree in Mathematics from KU Leuven, completed between 1998 and 2002.
