Ghada Krifa

Ghada KRIFA is an experienced HR professional with a focus on talent development and management. Currently at ENGIE since September 2020, Ghada oversees skill development for 120 employees, manages budgeting for training plans, and provides KPI reporting to top management. Key projects include implementing co-development processes for managers, facilitating employee integration and up-skilling programs, and leading initiatives in quality of work life and skill mapping. Previous experience includes serving as a Human Resources Assistant at MARINE SERRE SARL, where administrative duties included contract preparation and payroll management, and as a Recruitment Officer at the Tunisian Association for Integrity and Democracy, responsible for candidate selection and recruitment processes. Ghada holds a specialized Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Talis Business School and has additional qualifications in management and law.
