Ingrid Debar is currently the Directrice des Ressources Humaines at ENGIE France Renouvelables. With extensive experience in human resources, they previously held various leadership roles at ENGIE, including Directrice Développement des Talents et Carrières and Head of Talent and Change Management. Earlier in their career, Ingrid worked at Dumez S.A. and INEO, where they were responsible for human resources management. Ingrid holds a Magistère in Human Resources Development and a Licence in Sociology from the Université des Sciences et Technologies de Lille.
