Mathieu Baisez

Mathieu Baisez currently serves as the Industrialization & Operational Performance Director for ENGIE's GBU Local Energy Infrastructures, focusing on streamlining processes and improving energy performance activities. With a strong background in enhancing operational and financial performance within Energy Solutions at ENGIE, Mathieu has held various leadership roles, including Chief of Staff for the Global Business Line Client Solutions and Technology, Innovation and Knowledge Manager. Prior to ENGIE, Mathieu managed multiple research and innovation projects at Lab Crigen, overseeing teams and developing new activities related to environment and urban mobility. Mathieu’s earlier experience includes contract management at GRTgaz and project management roles at Airbus France. Educational credentials include degrees in Energy and Business Engineering from ISAE-SUPAERO and a certification in Business Modelling from emlyon business school.
