Nicolas Rolland is an accomplished leader in transformation, agentic AI, and organizational development, with extensive experience in learning and development. At AXA Group, they served as the Innovation, Culture, Learning & Talent Director, where they led a department serving 30,000 employees and focused on digital transformation and talent management. Nicolas also held senior roles at Danone and ENGIE, where they drove learning and digital transformation projects. They earned a PhD from IAE France, contributing to their expertise in strategy and organizational development. Currently, Nicolas is leveraging their vast experience to influence learning programs and organizational growth across various sectors.
