Pascal Theunen is a global health and safety leader currently serving as the Head of Health and Safety for the Flexible Generation & Retail Global Business Unit at ENGIE. Pascal has extensive experience in the energy sector, having held various managerial roles including Manager of New Build at International Power - GDF Suez and Project Manager at GDF SUEZ Proyectos Andinos S.A. From 2017 to 2023, Pascal was the Entity Manager for CHP-Zandvliet at ENGIE Electrabel, where they oversaw multiple thermal power generation facilities. Pascal earned a Master’s Degree from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven and completed an Advanced Management Course at Vlerick Business School.
