Rachel Compain is a seasoned professional in human resources, currently serving as the Head of Skills Management at ENGIE. With a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion, Rachel has championed various initiatives aimed at fostering a sustainable commitment among employees. Previously, they held roles such as Director of Social Development and Diversity at ENGIE, where they defined and promoted inclusion policies in France, and managed significant human resources responsibilities at Sanitra Services. Rachel earned a DESCAF in Commerce/Management from Audencia Nantes Ecole de Management and a DU in Mediation from the Institut Catholique de Paris.
