Simone Barbieri is an accomplished HR and organizational transformation leader with extensive experience in human resources, change management, and corporate social responsibility. Currently serving as the Group HR Transformation & CSR VP for South America at ENGIE since October 2015, Simone oversees initiatives focused on cultural change and employee engagement. Previously held roles include HR VP for South America, managing diversity, equity, inclusion, and internal communications across several countries, and Chief People & Culture Officer at Engie Brasil Energia SA. With a strong foundation in executive coaching and talent management, Simone's educational background includes advanced management training from The Wharton School and certifications in coaching and governance.
