Thierry LOT

Thierry Lot is currently the Responsable centre de relation clients at ENGIE, where they focus on client relations within the residential market, managing energy commercialization and customer loyalty. From 2004 to 2006, they held the role of Responsable développement commercial at ENGIE, where they targeted residential customers for natural gas usage. Previously, from 1990 to 1998, Thierry served as Chef d'agence d'exploitation at EDF GDF SERVICES, overseeing electricity and gas network operations and acting as a key liaison with local authorities. They continued their career at EDF GDF SERVICES from 1998 to 2003 as Chef d'agence clientèle, addressing the needs of both residential and professional clients. Thierry earned a BTS degree at Lycée Gaston MONNERVILLE in Cahors between 1983 and 1985.
