Vincent Ruf

Vincent RUF currently serves as the Strategic Workforce Planning & Engagement Lead for Group Digital & IT at ENGIE, a position held since January 2013, where responsibilities include defining and deploying the Group's Talent Strategy and managing high-potential development programs. Previously, Vincent has held various roles at SUEZ, including Project Director and Customer Relationship Manager, overseeing significant operations and customer management initiatives. Vincent's early career involved managing customer agencies for LYDEC in Casablanca, focusing on essential services for a large population, and conducting marketing studies. Vincent holds a master's degree in management from Pierre and Marie Curie University, supplemented by a certificate in talent management from Sciences Po Executive Education, and a degree in animal physiology and cell biology from Université Paris Cité.
