Ben after many years in the hospitality industry developing his keen sense for identifying top talent, Ben now manages the customer success operations for engin sciences. Previously as Talent Acquisition Partner at Eataly, he oversaw the entire hiring process from the ground up for the company’s first West Coast store. With a background in organizational effectiveness, Ben analyzes how companies can create intuitive talent pipelines – such as by developing talent paths internally – in order to boost their long-term organizational growth and success. B.A. in Psychology degree from McGill University and MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology degree from Baruch College.
