Carrie Stevens

Carrie Stevens is a seasoned program management professional with extensive experience in building and scaling operations for AI and data products. As a Principal Program Manager at Engine since October 2025, Carrie previously served as Manager of Program Management for Data Products at Payscale, focusing on strategic alignment and operational excellence. Carrie's tenure at Payscale included roles as Senior Program Manager and Program Manager, where Carrie led multi-year R&D programs and managed enterprise networks. Prior to Payscale, Carrie excelled in Customer Success and Account Management roles at BODi and was instrumental in nurturing a growing client base. With a background in instructional design and a commitment to education, Carrie has also worked as a Literacy Specialist and educator, providing innovative instructional strategies and fostering student achievement. Carrie holds a Master of Education in Literacy from Olivet Nazarene University and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Taylor University.
