Heather Krueger

Heather Krueger is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of People at Engine since June 2025. Prior to this role, Heather held various leadership positions at Coinbase from January 2021 to June 2025, including Head of Talent Density, Senior Director of the HR Business Partner Team, Director of the HR Business Partner Team, and Senior HR Business Partner. Heather's career also includes significant roles at SAS as Senior Manager of Americas Talent Acquisition and US Talent Acquisition, and at Red Hat as Manager of Americas Talent Acquisition and Talent Acquisition Advisor. Additional experience was gained at Allscripts as Global Program Manager for Performance Management and Leadership Development and Talent Development Specialist, and earlier at Umicore as a Human Resources Generalist. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Meredith College.
