Jack Starr has a diverse background in team leadership and operational management within the hospitality and sports coaching sectors. Experience includes serving as a Shift Lead at Ohana Grille, where team management and customer satisfaction were key responsibilities. As Lead Coach at First Tee - Colorado Rocky Mountains, Jack successfully doubled program size and maintained a 100% staff retention rate, while also imparting essential life lessons to youth athletes. Jack further enhanced operational efficiency as a Senior Pro Shop Attendant at the City of Boulder-Flatirons Golf Course, overseeing daily operations and customer relations. Currently, Jack is advancing a career in sales, first as a Sales Development Representative at NetSuite and now as an Account Executive at Engine.
