John Davidson

John Davidson is an accomplished senior people business partner with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving at Engine since October 2025, John previously held the position of Lead People Business Partner at Attentive, where significant contributions included the creation of a company-wide succession planning process and primary support for multiple executive leaders. Prior to that, John operated as a Senior HR Business Partner at SoFi, focusing on talent management and policy modernization. Experience also encompasses roles at Sykes Enterprises and Harland Clarke, where John developed HR strategies, managed employee relations, and enhanced operational effectiveness. John holds bachelor's degrees in Political Science and Government as well as International/Global Studies from the University of Utah.
