Ronen Kaganer

Ronen Kaganer is a seasoned data science leader with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director and Head of Data Science at Engine since September 2025, Ronen previously held multiple leadership roles at Paylocity from April 2020 to September 2025, including Director of Data Science & ML Engineering and Associate Director of Data Science and Product Analytics. Prior experience includes positions as Data Science Manager at EY and Senior Associate at Optimity Advisors. Ronen also garnered strategic and managerial expertise at AXA US between 2012 and 2015 in roles such as Senior Manager - Life Product Strategy & New Markets. Academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Applied Statistics and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Economics, both from Cornell University.
