Michael Hixson has over 30 years of experience in the aerospace industry. Michael has held various positions in companies such as Engine Alliance, UTC Aerospace Systems, Pratt & Whitney, Barnes Aerospace, Twin Manufacturing, Hamilton Standard, Rockwell International, GE Aviation, Precision Airlines, and the United States Air Force. Michael'sroles have included Quality Director, Quality Authority/Manager, General Manager Quality Assurance, EH&S, ACE, Quality Assurance Sector Manager, Repair Development Engineer, Senior Repair Development Engineer, Repair Development and Process Engineer, Propeller Assembler/Sheetmetal Precision Fabrication, Structures Technician, Sheetmetal/Engine Assembly Technician, and Flight Line Technician. Throughout their career, Hixson has played a key role in ensuring quality compliance, driving continuous improvement, managing repair programs, and supporting various aerospace projects.

Michael Hixson obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Leadership from Northeastern University in 2015. Prior to that, they attended East Coast Aero Technical School from 1983 to 1989, specializing in Aircraft Certification Technician. Additionally, they hold a certification in FAA Airframe & Powerplant from the Federal Aviation Administration, obtained in 1985.
