Dina Podnar has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Dina started their career as a Personal Assistant Intern at Kingdom Home Builders, where they gained insights into office operations and honed their organizational and communication skills. Dina then worked as a Marketing & Design Associate Intern at Mirka Abrasives, Inc., where they developed skills in product design, promotional strategies, and internet marketing.

Dina's next role was as a Chapter President and Vice President of Membership Recruitment at Alpha Phi International Fraternity. In these positions, they led and implemented recruitment and marketing strategies, conducted leadership seminars, and designed customized marketing campaigns to increase membership.

Dina then transitioned into the e-commerce industry, working as an Amazon Solutions Specialist and Marketing Manager at Code3. Dina managed Amazon optimization accounts and developed marketing strategies to drive revenue. Dina also implemented email marketing strategies, managed marketing automation tactics, and co-hosted events and webinars.

Their most recent position was as a Demand Generation Manager, Brand Partnerships at LTK, where they developed and executed B2B demand generation campaigns to attract brands. Dina used various tactics such as web, email marketing, digital media, webinars, and events to generate high-quality leads.

Dina is currently working at Engine Brands as the Director of Branding & Customer Engagement, a role in which they oversee brand development and customer engagement strategies.

Dina Podnar completed their high school education at Hudson High School from 2008 to 2012. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Entrepreneurship and Marketing at the University of Dayton, where they studied from 2012 to 2016.
