Fábio Barnes

Fábio Barnes has a diverse range of work experience spanning several industries. Fábio started their career at Sion as a student and then went on to work at Burroughs as a Data Center Manager. Fábio later joined Unisys and held various roles such as Project Management, Outsourcing Manager, and Practice Director. After leaving Unisys, Fábio worked at SKULD Business Partner as a Sales representative, responsible for bringing best practices and large corporation solutions to small and medium companies. Fábio then joined High Design, where they worked in sales. Fábio also worked at Inmetrics as a Software Testing Factory Senior Manager. Prior to their current role, they worked at OF2 as an Executive Coach. Fábio is currently the CEO of Engine, where they previously served as the Executive Director and held a role in Large Account Sales.

Fábio Barnes completed their education with the following degrees and certifications:

- In 2013, they obtained a Personal & Professional Coaching certification from the Sociedade Brasileira de Coaching.

- From 2010 to 2011, they pursued a Post MBA program in Corporate Governance & Enterprise Valuation at BI International.

- In 2000, they completed an MBA in Administration from FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado.

- From 1980 to 1984, they studied Engineering at FEI.

Fábio Barnes also received the certification of Personal & Professional Coach from the Sociedade Brasileira de Coaching in 2013.
