Stephen Cleary

Stephen Cleary is a Senior Product Designer at Engine by Starling, where they focus on scaling and governing design systems. Previously, they served as a Digital Design & Marketing Specialist at London Steakhouse Company and founded their own design business, Stephen Cleary Design, which catered to various sectors. Stephen has also held significant roles at British Airways, where they advanced their expertise in design systems and mentoring. They are currently pursuing an Honours Degree in Geography at Royal Holloway, University of London.
