Jake Appleton is currently the Managing Director of Portfolio Operations at Engine No. 1, a position they have held since 2023. Previously, Jake served as a Senior Intelligence Service member in the Directorate of Operations at the Central Intelligence Agency from 2007 to 2023, and worked as a Foreign Service Officer at the U.S. Department of State from 2002 to 2007.
