Daniel Tonkin

Daniel Tonkin is the VIC Director at Engine Room VM, where they have been working since 2017. With a strong background in the commercial real estate industry, Daniel has held various roles including Associate Director and Senior Project Manager at CBRE Asia Pacific, and Building Consultant at London Borough of Camden. Daniel’s expertise lies in Project Management, Budgeting, Value Engineering, Procurement, and Real Estate Development. They hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Technology (Building Surveying) from Swinburne University of Technology and have pursued additional studies in Project Management at The University of Texas at Dallas.
