Streeter Phillips

Streeter Phillips currently serves as Chief of Staff at Engine Ventures since March 2024. Prior to this role, Phillips co-founded and acted as Co-CEO at Valence Global from January 2022 to March 2024. An extensive background in the creative industry includes positions as Executive Producer at The Everything (2016-2022) and Design Syndicate (2020-2021), as well as Director of Creative Development & Production at Story Syndicate (2019-2021). From 2014 to 2019, Phillips held multiple roles at MATTE Projects, including Director, Editor, and Producer, collaborating with high-profile clients such as Fenty, Apple, and Chanel. Earlier career experiences include roles at Parkes Macdonald Productions, Sony Pictures Entertainment, Current TV, and Focus Features. Streeter Phillips earned a B.A. in Fine Art, Photography & Film from Yale University and completed high school at Ethical Culture Fieldston School.
