(EBI) is a New York State licensed professional engineering firm specializing in waterproofing, facades, parking garage, roofs, parapets, and structural-related issues of commercial and residential properties. EBI serves building owners and managers in the greater New York City area and Long Island by inspecting structures and parking garages in accordance with the Facade Inspection Safety Program (FISP / Local Law 11) and the Periodic Inspection of Parking Structures Program (PIPS / Local Law 126), respectively.
