Derek Block has over 25 years of diverse experience in business management, focusing on hotel, property, and asset management. They have previously held roles as General Manager at La Quinta Inns & Suites, Red Roof Inn, and Holiday Inn Detroit Livonia Conference Center, as well as a Task Force General Manager with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. Currently, Derek serves as the Director of Business Operations for Engineered Comfort Solutions and is pursuing education at Eastern Michigan University. Known for a strong work ethic and the ability to provide quality customer experiences, Derek excels in high-pressure situations while maintaining attention to detail.
