Bruce Marson began their career in 1982 as the General Manager at Centurion Deposit Corp. Bruce then moved on to Engineered Energy Solutions in 1992, where they held the role of President/CEO. In the same year, they also worked as a Musician at Jobonanno.com. In 2005, Bruce took on the role of QBMS Coordinator at Eli Lilly.
