Sheldon Starke has extensive legal experience as General Counsel for EMH since 2008 and for Sheldon Philip Starke since 2008, alongside a private practice that has been active since 1973, holding appointments in Ohio, Florida, and New York. Starke has represented EMH since 1992 and has lectured police for official courses. Previously, Starke served as the U.S. lawyer in charge of closing the U.S. Bonn Embassy in Germany from 1998 to 1999 and worked as Executive Assistant to the Sheriff of Cuyahoga County from 1970 to 1972. Education was completed at Cleveland State University - Cleveland-Marshall College of Law from 1968 to 1971.
