Engineered Profiles specializes in custom plastic profiles in PVC, wood composite, foam PVC, ABS, PP, HDPE, and other specialty thermoplastic raw materials in single, dual and tri-extrusions to produce parts for customers across a diverse range of industries. With our in-house tooling design and build capabilities, we have the ability to work with our customers to create high quality dies and calibration packages.

The Manufacturing Team at Engineered Profiles is responsible for overseeing the entire production process of custom plastic profile extrusions. This includes designing and operating extrusion lines, ensuring product quality, managing workflow, and maintaining equipment. The team collaborates closely with various departments to meet customer specifications and industry standards, continually optimizing manufacturing efficiency and product innovation.
