Nicholas Armstrong has extensive experience in technical support and IT services, currently serving as a Senior Technical Support Specialist at Engineerica Systems, Inc. since September 2012. In this role, Nicholas manages a high volume of support requests and oversees training for new employees on the company’s software suite.
