Victor Morales

Victor Morales is an Automation and Quality Engineer at ABB since August 2024, where SolidWorks and FFF 3D printing have been implemented to enhance production efficiency. As the Director of the Technology Development and Manufacturing Department at the Space Architectures and Revolutionary Concepts Association at the University of Puerto Rico - Mayagüez since August 2022, Victor has founded the Satellite Development Initiative and is leading UPRM’s first CubeSat project. Victor has also excelled in various NASA RASC-AL competitions, contributing as a Division Lead and Structures Engineer. Active in outreach and mentorship through the Engineering Ambassadors Network, Victor has developed skills in leadership and communication while participating in multiple engineering-related initiatives. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at UPRM, Victor has also engaged in research and educational programs aimed at K-12 students.
