Eric Roads

Eric Roads is a Staff Environmental Engineer II at Engineering Analytics, Inc., bringing a strong background in environmental and geotechnical engineering. Previously, Eric worked as a Geotechnical Engineer at GROUND Engineering Consultants, Inc., and served as a Graduate Research Assistant at Colorado State University, where significant contributions included data analysis of contaminated sites and the development of standardized forms using the gINT™ program. Eric holds a Master’s Degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Colorado State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering with a remediation focus from the University of Colorado Boulder. During early career roles, Eric demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills as a Lead Guard and Managing Lifeguard at Boulder Parks and Recreation's Aquatics Department.
