Nathan Ginos

VP, Development at Engineering & Computer Simulations (ECS)

A retired U.S. Army officer with over 23 years of asset and program management, and communications expertise, Nathan (Nate) Ginos leads our Huntsville, Orlando team and oversees key aviation and logistics projects. He blends his technical experience with his operational background to analyze customers’ needs and implements those requirements into successful training services and innovative technology products. After retiring from the U.S. Army with 22 years of service, Ginos joined ECS in 2017 as a CH-47F Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Deputy Program Manager. During his military career, he was a CH-47D/F pilot and Aviation Officer with extensive experience managing petroleum, aviation and ground maintenance, air traffic services, and aviation units, as well as serving multiple assignments as an operational level planner. He earned a bachelor’s degree in systems engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, a master’s degree in international relations from Webster University, a master’s degree in theater operations from the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College (CGSC), School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS) and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
