Jeffrey Freeman, P.E., CFM, LEED AP is the Chief Executive Officer at Engineering Enterprises, Inc. where Jeffrey is responsible for the company's strategic direction and vision. Prior to this role, Jeffrey served as the Vice President in charge of EEI's Environmental Group, overseeing water and wastewater system planning. With a background in Civil Engineering and an MS in Environmental Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Jeffrey has extensive experience in project engineering and management for municipal water, wastewater, and stormwater projects. Before joining EEI, Jeffrey worked as a Water Resources Engineer at Hey and Associates, Inc. where Jeffrey specialized in hydrology and hydraulic modeling.
