Joel Johnson

Joel Johnson is a Senior Design Manager at Engineering Operations LLC, a role they have held since 2025. Previously, they served as the Region 2 Bridge Unit Leader for the Colorado Department of Transportation from 2020 to 2025 and worked as a Bridge Engineer for several companies, including Parsons from 2013 to 2017 and Martin/Martin from 2012 to 2013. Joel began their career as a General Contractor at Go Builders Inc from 2002 to 2007, later transitioning to structural engineering roles at Summit Engineering Group, Inc. and Loris and Associates. They hold a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, completed in 2007.
