Benjamin Bahmann

Benjamin Bahmann has a diverse work experience. Benjamin currently holds the position of Head of Compliance & HR at engineering people, where they have been working since January 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Deputy Head of ep Ulm from December 2019 to December 2022. Additionally, they worked as an Account Manager / Team Lead from June 2017 to November 2019, and as an Account Manager from October 2016 to May 2017 at the same company. Before joining engineering people, Benjamin worked as a Recruiter from December 2014 to April 2017 at the same company. In 2018, they also served as a Lecturer at Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg. Benjamin's earlier experience includes being a DHBW Student at Caritas Ost-Württemberg from October 2011 to September 2014, and an Engineering Designer at Grossmann Maschinenbau from April 2011 to September 2011. In 2021, Benjamin enrolled in the Steinbeis School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE) once again, this time for a Diploma of Performance and Leadership (DPL) in Leadership. Concurrently, they started their doctoral studies at Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg, pursuing a PhD in Interdisciplinary human sciences. These programs are currently ongoing, with an expected completion date in 2022 for the DPL and 2024 for the PhD.

Throughout their educational journey, Benjamin has also obtained additional certifications to further enhance their knowledge and skills. Benjamin completed courses such as Agiles Projektmanagement and Digitale Transformation im Unternehmen through LinkedIn in 2023. In 2022, they obtained certifications in Allgemeines IT-Recht and Projektverträge I & II from Rechtsanwälte Kramer & Partner mbB. Additionally, in 2013, they acquired a certification in Intercultural Competence from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University Heidenheim.
