Ryan Otian

Ryan Otian, MAOL, is an Electronics Technician Senior Chief Petty Officer with over 20 years of U.S. Navy experience in the electronics field, specializing in maintenance, testing, and evaluation of electronic systems for various naval commands. Throughout their career, Ryan has held multiple leadership roles, including Combat Systems CASREP Coordinator and N6 Leading Chief Petty Officer, demonstrating strong managerial skills in dynamic environments. Currently, Ryan serves as the Combat Systems Maintenance Coordinator for Engineering Services Network, where they oversee maintenance and modernization efforts for aircraft carriers. Ryan holds an Associate of Arts in Electronics from Coastline Community College, a Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology from DeVry University, and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Brandman University.
