Desiree Wilson

Desiree oversees all ES3 export control issues including Foreign Trade Regulations (FTR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Desiree has a BA in Global Studies and a BA in Political Science from the University of California Riverside along with extensive training and experience in export control. As ES3’s export control certifying official, Desiree has negotiated and obtained many export licenses for ES3 from the US Department of State and US Department of Commerce. Additionally, Desiree supports ES3’s technical staff to ensure export control applicable to their specific technical areas and customer base.
