Lily Flores

Lily manages all corporate headquarters staff including the accounting, contracting, purchasing, HR, and administrative departments. She ensures all ES3 books and financial dealing are meeting the highest accounting and ethical standards. Since 2013, ES3 has had their Business Systems repeatedly audited and approved by DCMA. Lily has over 20 years of experience in the area of Accounting and Finance along with a BS in Business Administration and Management from San Diego State University and a Certificate in Government Contract Management issued by the National Contract Management Association. Lily oversees the day to day operational functions in the area of Government Accounting Compliance, Year End Close, Internal Financial Reporting, Project Control, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Purchasing.
