Michael Wade

Michael provides in-house legal counsel to the ES3 Board of Directors, Executives, Administrators, and Project Leads. His expertise includes such areas as Corporate Governance, Contract Law, Intellectual Property (IP), Employment Law, and Acquisitions. He guides ES3’s activities in dispute resolution. Michael has a BA degree from Washington & Lee University and his JD degree from George Mason University.
