Rob McCowin

Rob leads the F-16 wing overhaul/repair operations as well as component qualification and evaluation testing at ES3. Rob has extensive experienced in all types of aircraft structural integrity programs involving structural analysis, repair development, risk assessment and mitigation, configuration control, and structural programs management. Rob has many years of specific experience with F-16 structural issues having spent many years as a USAF F-16 structural engineer. Rob also served as the F-16 ASIP manager where he oversaw many of the major modification programs to the aircraft and facilitated the structural health monitoring and evaluation for F-16 programs worldwide. Rob has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Utah State University and more than 30 years professional experience.
