She has an Associate of Science Degree in Business Studies and Accounting and a Certificate of Performance in Small Business Bookkeeping from San Diego City College along with more than 12 years of experience in accounts payable processing. Silvia leads ES3’s accounts payable activities with an appreciation that their suppliers are essential to their business. Silvia executes the ES3 policy that all supplier invoices are paid within 7 business days. Silvia is a first stop resource for any ES3 supplier who requires expedited invoice payment or special accommodations including advance or progress payments.
