Taylor Flitton

Taylor is a sourcing specialist on the ES3 PLG Landing Gear Collaborative Supply Chain Integration (LG-CSCI) contract. She has been with ES3 for seven years. Taylor develops competitive pricing strategies and aids in the negotiation of purchase agreements with part suppliers. Taylor conducts market research on alternative engineering products and procurement sources, responds to customer and supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations, and contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems
