Whitman Dailey

Whitman Dailey is a seasoned research scientist and program manager with over 20 years of experience in the U.S. Nuclear and Defense Enterprise. They have held leadership roles at various organizations, including the Air Force Operational Test & Evaluation Center and the National Nuclear Security Administration, focusing on data analysis, engineering, and program management. As a former Assistant Professor of Nuclear Engineering at the Air Force Institute of Technology, Whitman taught graduate coursework and directed research initiatives. Currently, they serve as a Nuclear Systems & Survivability Senior Scientist at ES3, where they continue to drive innovation in national security applications.
