Engr Muhammad Arslan is a civil engineer with a robust background in structural design and estimation within the oil and gas sector. Currently serving as a Structural Design Engineer at Brillante Engineers since July 2023, Muhammad Arslan brings expertise in designing innovative and safe structures. With experience as an Estimation Engineer at ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS since February 2020, Muhammad Arslan has developed skills in construction quantity surveying and project management using advanced software tools.
