Swati Jain currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at Engineering Technique and is the Founder & CEO of Renaissance Consultants, both roles held since early 2024. Previously, Swati Jain held the position of Head of HR & Admin at the National Group of Companies from August 2023 to January 2024, and prior to that, managed Industry Academia Partnerships at Parul University from August 2020 to August 2023. Swati Jain's earlier experience includes leading Office Facilities at PEaaS, a Finablr company, from February 2019 to August 2020, and heading Training and Placement at Babaria Institute from December 2015 to August 2020. Education includes M.Sc. (Home) and a PGDHRM in Human Resources Management from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
