John Halton

John Halton has extensive experience in marketing and business development, primarily within the engineering and technology sectors. Currently, John serves as the Former Director of Business & Industry at EngineeringUK, where responsibilities included managing a team of sixteen Business Development Managers and developing strategies for employer engagement with young people in the UK. Prior to this role, John held several positions including Senior Marketing Manager at A.T. Kearney Limited, where marketing strategies were developed for various industries across Europe, and Marketing and Market Development Manager at CSC Computer Sciences in the Middle East. John's early career involved positions at Lucas Engineering & Systems as a Product Manager and Account Manager, as well as BAE Systems as a Graduate Engineer, where foundational skills in engineering design and systems development were established. John holds a Master’s degree in Business Management Systems from the University of Warwick.
