Michael Bell is the Chief of Staff at Engineers Australia, where they lead the Office of the CEO and provide strategic advisory and operational leadership. With over a decade of experience in technology, professional services, and engineering, Michael focuses on aligning teams with organizational strategy and driving performance. Previously, they served as the Head of Policy, managing a team of advisors and leading advocacy related to emerging technologies and infrastructure. Michael has guided C-suite executives in governance at the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Murdoch University along with post-graduate studies in International Tax Policy.
