Shreyas

Shreyas is a program manager who has worked for Gram Oorja Solutions Private Limited from January 2015 to October 2021. Shreyas has spearheaded an energy needs assessment covering over 36,000 people and 20+ institutions in three refugee camps of Ethiopia. The survey was administered in over 400 households by a team of 13, including 11 Ethiopian citizens. Shreyas has also represented the company in Bangladesh to consult on a solar nano-grid project and recommended improvements in the operational model. Shreyas has worked closely with the company’s executives to identify new international business opportunities and coordinated with existing international partners. Shreyas has also prepared designs, cost estimates, BOM and drafted reports for solar projects. Under their guidance, the digital footprint of the company was exponentially enhanced by revamping the website and social media management.

Shreyas has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from St. Vincent Pallotti College of Engineering & Technology. Shreyas also has a 12th in Computer Science from Somalwar High School & Junior College, Nikalas, and a 10th from Somalwar Academy Education Society.
