Jon Head

Jon Head is an accomplished business professional with extensive experience in the MRO and consumable products sector. As Co-Founder and Director of Engineers Mate since December 2011, Jon has played a significant role in establishing a network of six branches across the Midlands and North & South Wales. In addition, Jon has served as Director of IADA since January 2014 and held the role of Commercial Manager at Cromwell Group, where responsibilities included managing teams and overseeing annual sales exceeding £6 million. Previous positions include Regional Manager, Overseas Support Manager for ERIKS UK Electro-Mechanical Services, and various sales management roles in earlier career stages. Jon's educational background includes a BA (Hons) in Business Studies and a degree in Business Management and Leadership from The Open University, complemented by additional studies in accountancy, marketing, and languages.
